Our mount is designed to be a universal fit for any vehicle, but do not install it on leather & textured surfaces. The surface area should be flat and smooth.

Apply even pressure for 30 seconds and after installation, for maximum adhesive strength wait 12 hours before usage.

It’s compatible with all phone models. As long as you have the metal plate installed then it will work with any device.

Yes, our mount works with phone cases.

When installing the metal plate inside your case, be sure to test if the hold is strong enough. If the case is too thick, then the plate needs to be placed on the outside.

Our mount is strong enough to hold any smartphone. Two mounts is recommended to hold a tablet.

No, the MagSafe function in iPhone models 12 and up is not strong enough to securely hold the phone in different road conditions.

Our magnet system is 3x stronger, which is enough to ensure that the phone stays firmly put.

If placed in the middle, the plate will block wireless charging.

The following solution is for wireless charging users: Install the plate to the very bottom of the phone, horizontally. Then it won’t interfere with the wireless charging receiver positioned in the middle of the phone.

If you want to remove the plate from your phone or case, try to get something underneath the metal plate (for ex. an old credit card) and get one side loose, then slowly pull it off.

    I drive a Mini Cooper and was having the hardest time finding a phone mount that fit someplace on my car. I don’t like the look of most of the window suction type because I feel they look very clunky and obstruct your sight lines more than anything else. I do have to use this without my phone case, but it could be something to do with my particular case choice. But this mounts in a great spot in my car, just above the center radio instrument area and the magnets are very strong. I have an iPhone XS and my boyfriend has the iPhone XS Max and we have not had any issues with the phone falling off, as long as it is magnet to magnet (no case on the phone basically). I love how sleek and simple this device is and I would absolutely recommend this to anyone in the market for this type of item.

    Honestly I’ve gone through probably a dozen mounts and I just couldn’t find the one that works for me. This mount is it! So much so I’ve now put in both my work vehicles as well. Metal backplate is easy to put on any phone or phone case. The hold is amazing even in rough environments. We have a very long and bumpy road at the cabin and this mount doesn’t move at all! Love love love.
