Where do you ship from & when can I expect?
Once you receive the order confirmation, we will process it within 24 hours.
Depending on the stock situation, we ship from either the US, Europe or Asia.
- When shipped from our US warehouse, delivery takes between 1 – 5 business days.
- If fulfilled from Europe or further overseas, the delivery time is usually between 7 – 10 business days.
Where should I install my CarMount?
Our mount is designed to be a universal fit for any vehicle, but do not install it on leather & textured surfaces. The surface area should be flat and smooth.
Apply even pressure for 30 seconds and after installation, for maximum adhesive strength wait 12 hours before usage.
Which smartphones are compatible?
It’s compatible with all phone models. As long as you have the metal plate installed then it will work with any device.
Does it work with phone cases?
Yes, our mount works with phone cases.
When installing the metal plate inside your case, be sure to test if the hold is strong enough. If the case is too thick, then the plate needs to be placed on the outside.
Our mount is strong enough to hold any smartphone. Two mounts is recommended to hold a tablet.
What about MagSafe, will it hold without the plate?
No, the MagSafe function in iPhone models 12 and up is not strong enough to securely hold the phone in different road conditions.
Our magnet system is 3x stronger, which is enough to ensure that the phone stays firmly put.
Do I need to give up Wireless Charging?
If placed in the middle, the plate will block wireless charging.
The following solution is for wireless charging users: Install the plate to the very bottom of the phone, horizontally. Then it won’t interfere with the wireless charging receiver positioned in the middle of the phone.
Remove & Reinstall?
We got you covered. There is an extra adhesive included in every set, for when you decide to switch the mount’s location.
It comes off clean, without leaving any residue behind.
Are the metal plates reusable?
No, but there are two included in each set.
If you want to remove the plate from your phone or case, try to get something underneath the metal plate (for ex. an old credit card) and get one side loose, then slowly pull it off.

Placed the metal plate at the bottom portion of my phone so I can still wirelessly charge it; which it does. Flip the mount vertical and it will hold securely.
Main selling point for me was the reusable adhesive material they use for the mount instead of 3M tape like the competition.
Only complaint I have is it took 6 weeks from China to arrive and not the advertised timeframe.
I think it IS a 5 star product on initial impression and so far, but will rate a 4 since I’ve only had it a few weeks .
